What you’ll do ?- Run the show: Coordinate production → batch → bread with zero lag.
- Keep it crispy: Lead daily hygiene, temps & HACCP like a pro.
- Coach the crew: Train, taste, high-five—repeat.
- Sync with Stores: Smooth comms = smooth operations.
- Own the rota: Smart schedules, happy shifts, happier guests.
- Bakery/pastry kitchen experience (service-side savvy a plus)
- Calm under pressure, clear on comms, kind in leadership
- Obsessed with standards, tidy logs & tight SOPs
