  • Run the show: Coordinate production → batch → bread with zero lag.
  • Keep it crispy: Lead daily hygiene, temps & HACCP like a pro.
  • Coach the crew: Train, taste, high-five—repeat.
  • Sync with Stores: Smooth comms = smooth operations.
  • Own the rota: Smart schedules, happy shifts, happier guests.
