Job Scope:

• Monitor overdue accounts closely and actively participate in debt recovery across the Asia Pacific region.
• Conduct regular evaluations and analysis of customers’ and potential customers’ creditworthiness to determine appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
• Build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, credit insurers and debt collection agencies.
• Support stakeholders on credit management matters, including handling dispute documentation, resolving queries to facilitate debt clearance, managing credit requests or blocks, and negotiating payment plans.
• Ensure credit control procedures are implemented in accordance with the company’s credit management policies.
• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc debt reports for monitoring and management review.
• Conduct regular visits to customers to review accounts and support debt recovery activities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and preferably experienced in SAP.
