Assistant Customer Service Officer (Air-Con)
Construction Company in Woodlands is looking for Assistant Customer Service Officer (Air-Con)
Roles & Responsibilities- Responsible for administrative duties.
- Liaising with Customers, Main-con and Sub-Con on scheduling of Air Con Servicing.
- Co-ordinate with the operations team for purchase requisition.
- Assist in customer's enquires and feedback.
- Prepare and follow up on quotation.
- Perform data entry and update servicing report for billing.
- Assist in overdue payment.
- Manage and monitor project contracts.
- Filling and Bookkeeping.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Min. 3 years of experience in administration work.
- Min. O Level.
- Candidate with air conditioning knowledge will have an advantage. Candidate willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- A team player and possess problem-solving and coordination skills.
**Please note that this role is a 5-day work week, plus a half-day Saturday only to standby for calls to Company Mobile Phone.
