Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support enterprise Windows environments within a banking/financial services setup. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Failover Clustering, with strong hands-on experience in enterprise data center hardware, automation, vulnerability remediation, and disaster recovery.

This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, production support experience, and the ability to handle mission-critical environments.

• Manage and administer Windows Server environments (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022).
• Design, implement, and maintain Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Failover Clustering.
• Administer and support Active Directory (User Access, Group Policies, Security Permissions).
• Deploy and maintain physical and virtual servers in enterprise environments.
• Perform server hardening, OS patching, and security compliance activities.
• Remediate vulnerabilities identified through Tenable / Nessus scans.
• Provide performance tuning and troubleshooting across Windows, network, storage, and applications.
• Support and maintain HPE enterprise hardware (DL, Synergy, Simplivity, Alletra series).
• Implement and support BCP/DR strategies and service failovers.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell and Python.
• Work with monitoring tools (HP OMI, Tivoli) to ensure system stability.
• Support infrastructure projects, migrations, and solution deployments.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Provide L2/L3 production support in banking environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• 8+ years of experience managing Windows Server environments.
• 3–5 years of experience in Banking / Financial institutions.
• Subject Matter Expert in:
• Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022)
• Hyper-V
• Microsoft Failover Clustering
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• HPE DL, Synergy, Simplivity, and Alletra hardware
• Data Center Virtualization platforms
• Hyper-Converged Infrastructure
• Active Directory administration expertise.
• Experience in Infrastructure BCP/DR and failover testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Experience in project execution and infrastructure solution deployment.
• ITIL-based operations / production support experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification (Mandatory)
