Media Operations Manager

A leading digital marketing and media organization is seeking a Media Operations Manager to oversee campaign operations, platform execution, process optimization, and delivery excellence across multiple digital media channels. As a Media Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of digital media campaigns, improving operational workflows, driving process efficiencies, and maintaining high standards of campaign delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while leading operational best practices across multiple advertising platforms.

• Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of digital media campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.
• Manage campaign trafficking, setup, quality assurance (QA), monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting processes.
• Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and delivered according to client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Establish and enhance operational workflows, best practices, and quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with planning, buying, analytics, ad operations, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and delivery metrics, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Manage platform integrations, tagging, tracking implementation, and campaign measurement requirements.
• Support automation initiatives and process improvements to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Lead operational governance, documentation, and compliance across media platforms.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Media Operations, Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Digital Marketing Operations.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad serving, campaign trafficking, and media operations workflows.
• Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms, including:
• DV360
• Campaign Manager 360
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads Manager
• The Trade Desk
• Other equivalent digital advertising platforms
• Familiarity with tracking, tagging, pixels, analytics, attribution, and measurement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
