About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across scheduling, logistics, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys problem-solving to keep processes running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth daily operations.
- Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer timelines.
- Oversee warehouse activities, including stock movement, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Track, monitor, and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Support process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., logistics providers, vendors) to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure Daily and weekly KPIs are met
