Position : Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager

• Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,800 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Commercial Kitchen Equipment

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Handle full set of accounts and daily finance operations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and cash flow forecasts
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Process payroll, staff claims, statutory contributions, and reimbursements
• Prepare IR8A and ensure tax/reporting compliance
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Liaise with banks on credit lines and trade financing
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external parties
• Review financial controls and improve finance processes
• Support management with finance-related analysis and ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA/MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role or a senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards.
• Strong communication, excellent analytical and organisational skills.
