Sales Director - Logistic / 3PL / Leadership / Management - Bukit Batok

Responsibilities:

• LLead the development and execution of sustainable sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and support market expansion.
• Direct and coach sales managers, ensuring KPI targets are met while promoting continuous improvement in leadership and communication skills.
• Oversee the delivery of exceptional service aligned with customer supply chain needs, fostering strong collaboration with Operations and Customer Service teams.
• Manage pricing strategies and rate sheet creation, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in the rates database in coordination with IT support.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, enhance service offerings, and maintain robust client relationships through ongoing engagement and contract management.
• Ensure the implementation and compliance of SOPs and process maps, monitor performance through KPIs, and uphold HPL’s standards for health, safety, and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in sales management, preferably in the logistics sector.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator capable of working in multicultural environments with both customers and vendors.
• Proven leadership ability with excellent communication and team management skills.
