Job Description:

• Coordinate with local / overseas dealers / customers; in the installation, technical and service requirement (Countries in South East Asia)
• Coordinate with dealers / customers; in issues of product complaint / feedback
• Support onsite / remotely to dealers / customers; in regard to IT related installation, technical and services
• Be responsible for spare parts inventory management
• Be responsible for providing technical training to dealers / customers
• Other duties as assigned in accordance with business demands
• Specialized in Engineering – Electrical / Mechanical / IT or equivalent

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a ITE Certification / Diploma in Engineering Discipline
• Good IT and computer knowledge preferred
• Relevant working experience will be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills to interact / explain to doctors / specialists
• Analytical mind and ability to troubleshoot problems
• Must be able to work independently and able to multi-task
• Class 3 Driving License (an advantage)
