We are looking for a skilled Service Technician who enjoys diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing smartphones, laptops, and desktops. If you have hands-on repair experience and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for smartphones, laptops, and desktops
• Perform component replacements, software installations, upgrades, and system troubleshooting
• Assemble, test, and maintain PC systems
• Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet high standards
• Assist customers with technical enquiries and provide professional repair advice
• Maintain accurate repair records and service documentation
• Support daily service centre operations and assist walk-in customers
• Communicate repair outcomes, technical findings, and warranty information clearly
• Keep up to date with the latest technology, products, and repair techniques
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in smartphone or computer repair
• Experience repairing smartphones and troubleshooting PC hardware/software issues
• ITE, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Electronics, Engineering, or related fields (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
