As a Full-Time Barista, you will play a key role in upholding our standards of excellence in both coffee preparation and café operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks with precision and consistency
- Dial in espresso and monitor extractions to ensure optimal flavor profiles
- Deliver warm, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including dining areas, counters, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform daily cleaning, backflushing, and maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment to ensure peak performance
- Follow structured opening and closing procedures, including detailed cleaning routines
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training to continuously refine coffee knowledge and technical skills
- What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of coffee beans, roast profiles, and brewing techniques
- Confidence working with espresso machines and grinders
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Passion for hospitality and specialty coffee
