IT Deployment Support Engineer

We are hiring an IT Deployment Support Engineer/Operations Administrator to assist with equipment preparation and on-site system verification for essential national IT deployments. You will help ensure equipment is ready and properly set up across multiple sites, supporting smooth implementation and service readiness.

• Play a key role in nationwide IT rollouts supporting critical public sector initiatives
• Gain hands-on experience in equipment setup and system testing across diverse locations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide multi-channel support by handling customer inquiries via hotline, email, online forms, chatbot, portal, and case management system.
• Prepare and pack IT equipment and accessories for deployment, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
• Guide contractors in executing deployment tasks including: Installing network hardware at designated sites, Proper cabling, power setup, and labelling
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) once equipment is deployed.
• Conduct test runs using laptops to verify that applications are working as expected.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams for technical troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in an IT deployment or support capacity.
• Prior experience supporting government-related projects.
• Familiarity with basic networking and system principles
• Familiarity with firewall configurations, IP address whitelisting, and basic networking concepts (e.g. CCNA-level knowledge) would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
