Customer Service Officer (1 Year Renewable Contract) - Gross $2,600/month

Job Responsibilities

Support coordination of personnel deployment during urgent or emergency situations.
Work closely with technical teams to manage cases involving service interruptions and safety incidents.
Arrange and assign contractors to attend to servicing requests from commercial and industrial clients.
Schedule service team attendance for post-service support requests from residential and business customers.
Respond to customer queries through calls and emails, including enquiries related to EV services.
Carry out additional operational tasks as required.

Requirements

GCE ‘O’ Level education.
Bilingual.
Comfortable working on rotating shifts.
Basic proficiency in computer usage and good interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

6-day work week, 7 hours per shift (rotating roster)
Morning: 8:00am – 4:00pm (transport provided near Sembawang MRT)
Afternoon/Evening: 2:30pm – 10:30pm
