Customer Service Officer (1 Year Renewable Contract) - Gross $2,600/month

Job Responsibilities
  • Support coordination of personnel deployment during urgent or emergency situations.
  • Work closely with technical teams to manage cases involving service interruptions and safety incidents.
  • Arrange and assign contractors to attend to servicing requests from commercial and industrial clients.
  • Schedule service team attendance for post-service support requests from residential and business customers.
  • Respond to customer queries through calls and emails, including enquiries related to EV services.
  • Carry out additional operational tasks as required.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level education.
  • Bilingual.
  • Comfortable working on rotating shifts.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage and good interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule
  • 6-day work week, 7 hours per shift (rotating roster)
  • Morning: 8:00am – 4:00pm (transport provided near Sembawang MRT)
  • Afternoon/Evening: 2:30pm – 10:30pm
