Job Description

Lead and manage a team in all commercial and operational aspects, including:

Evaluating, value engineering, negotiating, and recommending awards for procurement of works and services
Administering contracts, providing contractual advice, and resolving related issues
Assessing and certifying main and sub-contract progress claims, variations, and final account settlements
Overseeing project cash flow, budgeting, and cost control measures
Liaising with project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of industry contractual practices and standard forms of contract such as REDAS, SIA, and PSSCOC
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a main contractor; experience in residential, commercial, and/or institutional projects preferred
Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a Manager role
Excellent written, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Articulate, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy
