What you'll be doing?- Lead negotiations: Guide the negotiation of contract terms and review proposals.
- Draft contracts: Prepare and issue agreements, ensuring they align with company policies.
- Develop strategies: Create and implement negotiation and administration strategies for project management.
- Monitor budgets: Prepare, review, and adjust project budgets and cash flows.
- Resolve issues: Collaborate with teams to address technical and contractual challenges.
- Manage post-tender: Handle queries, claims, and disputes effectively.
- Provide advice: Offer insights on contractual claims and procurement.
- Analyse and report: Assess outcomes and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Execute tasks: Complete assigned tasks as directed by management.
- Educational background: Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying is essential.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in construction, with expertise in Singapore's construction law.
- Skills: Excellent written, communication, and negotiation skills are a must.
