Human Resource Intern

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, including employee engagement, exit process management, digitalisation of HR workflows, and recruitment.

The role is ideal for undergraduates passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources and eager to develop practical skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Administer Employee Survey
  • Assist in the design, distribution, and analysis of employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.
  • Compile survey results and prepare summary reports to support HR initiatives and management decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the survey process.
  1. Align Exit Interview Plan
  • Support the HR team in developing and refining exit interview forms and processes.
  • Coordinate scheduling of exit interviews and ensure departing employees complete required documentation.
  • Collate and analyse feedback to identify trends and propose recommendations for improvement.
  1. HR Workflow Digitalisation
  • Participate in HR digitalisation projects, such as automating workflows and enhancing HR dashboards using tools like Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining digital HR records and databases.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and support the implementation of new HR technologies.
  1. HR Recruitment
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Liaise with candidates and hiring managers as needed.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires and help maintain accurate recruitment records.
  1. General HR Support
  • Provide administrative support for HR operations, including data entry, document management, and responding to employee queries.
  • Participate in HR projects and engagement initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR operations, digitalisation, and talent management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
