What you'll be doing?- Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, and maintain assigned Testers and Handlers / Probers platforms to ensure optimal performance.
- Production Optimization: Ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency, minimizing downtime and meeting specified yield targets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report daily equipment downtime, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment through daily housekeeping activities.
- Versatility: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your role.
- Educational Background: Diploma, Higher NITEC, or NITEC in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Team Player: Possess excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Communication: Exhibit good communication and presentation skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to commit to either a 12-hour rotating shift or a permanent night shift schedule.
- Working Hours: 3-2-2-3, 8am
- 8pm or 8pm
- 8am (Fixed day shift / night shift, can choose)
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Salary: Basic $2600 - $3200 + OT + Shift Allowances + AWS + VB
