Job Description

Position Title: Airfreight Customer Services
Working Location: Changi
Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding airfreight exports and imports.
Keep customers informed with prompt updates on their shipment status.
Liaise with operations, airlines, and transport teams to fulfill customer needs.
Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and all required shipping documents.
Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints related to services.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key accounts and business partners.
Assist the operations team with document preparation and necessary follow-ups as needed.

At least 1–2 years of related work experience.
With knowledge of airfreight procedures and related documentation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, freight management software experience is an added advantage.
