Customer Service Executive (Up to $2600 / Import / Export / Air Freight)

Job Responsibilities
  • Liaising with customers on import shipment arrangements, follow up with shipment status information and corporate clients.
  • Coordination on ongoing import freight with overseas over and partners.
  • Preparation of import shipments data entry and documentation handling and break bulks.
  • Arrange shipment with Agents /Forwarder on cargo release to Agents and import cargo pick up from agents.
  • Follow up with terminal/Airline for shipment clearance matter and shipment survey.
  • Generate monthly report per customer’s requests.
