Logistics Coordinator [Order Processing | $3K | MNC] RRKC

Job Highlights:

• 12-Months Renewable / Convertible Contract
• Up to $3,000/month + 1-month Completion Bonus
• Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and handle end-to-end customer shipping orders as per SOPs and delivery instructions.
• Work closely with clients, internal stakeholder, logistics providers, and customer to ensure a seamless and timely deliverables.
• Ensure clear communication on logistics and documentations requirements aligned to project specifications.
• Prepare required documents per country regulations and complete documentations on the system.
• Provide timely reports and relevant shipping information to clients.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Shipping/Business Admin or equivalent discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in handling order processing and shipment coordination.
• Experience in logistics coordination and warehouse operations is preferred
