About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator manages customer orders for cargo stored in a third-party warehouse (3PL). This role focuses on order processing, inventory coordination, and client servicing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to manages customer orders for cargo stored in a third-party warehouse (3PL).

This role focuses on order processing, inventory coordination, and client servicing, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment and requires strong coordination skills, hands-on experience in logistics, and the ability to manage both operational and administrative functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage customer orders for goods stored in the warehouse
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations team for picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status and issues
  • Ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve discrepancies (shortage, damage, delays)
  • Coordinate and ensure all delivery activities are completed within schedule
  • Handle shipping operations, including courier services such as DHL and FedEx
  • Prepare and process import/export permit declarations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing with all required supporting documentation
  • Update and maintain data accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to meet their requirement
  • Monitor inventory movement and ensure proper documentation and tracking
  • Support continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the operations and warehouse management team
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations
  • Knowledge of shipping processes, documentation, and customs requirements is an advantage
  • Experience with courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx)
  • Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic computer and replying email is a MUST.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in import/export operations is an advantage
  • Possession of Declarant ID (Singapore Customs) is an advantage
