We are seeking a Vice President in Singapore to drive the marketing and execution of FX and Rates derivative solutions within the Global Markets sales team for a renown foreign bank. You'll work closely with major local corporates, delivering risk‑management strategies and supporting broader ASEAN sales initiatives.
The position blends technical expertise with relationship management, ensuring high‑quality execution, regulatory adherence, and the development of long‑term client partnerships in a fast‑paced, knowledge‑sharing environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the promotion and execution of derivative solutions for major Singapore‑based corporates, ensuring smooth delivery and a high‑quality client experience.
Cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with multinational and regional clients by developing a deep understanding of their financial risk‑management priorities. Contribute to sales activities across ASEAN markets, supporting cross‑border initiatives and regional business development efforts.
Lead efforts that strengthen client engagement and help build sustainable revenue pipelines. Work closely with colleagues throughout Asia to exchange insights, align commercial goals, and elevate overall sales performance. Maintain strict adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal controls, upholding strong ethical and compliance standards at all times.
Key Requirements: A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or another relevant field. At least 10 years of practical experience covering FX and Rates within a recognised financial institution. Demonstrated capability in structuring and delivering effective risk‑management strategies for corporate customers.
Prior experience managing derivative or risk‑related transactions, including those linked to asset‑financing needs. Solid understanding of pricing methodologies and reporting obligations for client transactions. Strong relationship‑management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both clients and internal teams.
