Choa Chu Kang - Sales Coordinator (Full-time) /& (4 months Contract)

1. Sales Coordinator (Full-time)/Up to $3,300 @Tuas

• Attend enquires from customers, advise them of product availabilities, delivery dates, delivery location etc
• Process customers’ orders, prepare support documents, input orders into system and monitor the status .
• Coordinate with warehouse for special orders that not in stock, and notify customers when are available
• Filing, handle shipping & delivery documents, and negotiate LC to banks
• Processing documents for sales meeting, tracking sales records and take parts in sales meeting
• Liaise with other departments for products/echnical queries/Payment/deposits/stock returns etc.
• Liaise with supply chain for processing of PR/PO, logistic to agree on delivery date
• Manage shipping and customs invoice and liaise with company forwarders and shipping agents
• Process/update PO/records in system, Verify orders & invoices against PO/System.
• Negotiate rate with forwarders for best possible rate.
• Coordinate all inbound traffic, maximizing cost effectiveness and tracking all consignments.
• GCE ‘O’ Level /ITE/ Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field

1. Sales Coordinator (Cover Maternity) Entry level - 4 Months @Woodlands

• Monitoring & tracking of collection/delivery and all sales purchase documents
• Prepare daily delivery documents (DO, Invoices, etc)
• Key in all daily incoming products to MES system
• Tracking and prepare documents for purchase from HQ
• Tracking of incoming products to ensure meeting customer requirement
• Knowledge of Microsoft office
• Able to work during Public Holiday/Sunday as and when required
