About the role

Your contributions will be essential to the success of our sales efforts.

• Offer essential administrative support to the sales team, managing accurate customer records and processing orders efficiently.
• Facilitate seamless coordination of sales activities by liaising with various departments and ensuring timely follow-ups on customer inquiries.
• Track and monitor customer orders, shipments, forecasts, and demand trends to optimize sales processes.
• Ensure prompt and precise delivery of products and services, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary contact for sales and order related matters.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, skilled in building and nurturing relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ensuring seamless task execution.
• A collaborative and positive team player, dedicated to contributing to the company’s overall success and growth.
• Candidate must possess at least secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
• Candidate should demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly in a high-speed work setting.
