Assistant Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Finance Manager to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting systems, month-end closing, and financial analysis.

• Manage Bank Control accounts and ensure accurate recording of transactions
• Perform monthly closing activities and system updates
• Handle SAP Hana transactions
• Oversee and support daily operations
• Prepare and post closing schedules and journal entries
• Finalize month-end closing (Accpac validation and review)
• Conduct Credit Control, including monitoring receivables
• Prepare Intercompany reporting, particularly AP transactions
• Perform financial analysis and management reporting
• Manage taxation matters and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide support for accounts operations and audit activities
• Assist in HQ budgeting and forecasting (BUD/FC) and related reporting

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Preferably at least 5 to 8 years of experience with strong exposure to management reporting.
• Experience with SAP Hana or similar accounting systems preferred
• Strong understanding of month-end closing and financial reporting
• High proficiency in Excel, strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions and meet deadlines
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
