TPK Holdings Pte Ltd is looking for dynamic and self-motivated individual to fill the position of

INVESTMENT ANALYST

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the market research and actively analysing the existing portfolio of equities, bonds, properties & treasury and potential investments including greenfield and brownfield projects. The incumbent is required to conduct financial/scenario modelling, risk analysis, pre-acquisition & due diligence checks before presenting to the Director of a Family Office.

He or she is expected to work closely with the external legal & corporate financial professionals on investment related opportunities.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Equivalent
Certified Financial Analyst will be advantageous
Must have at least 3 to 5 years of similar experience
Working knowledge of financial modelling and scenario analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good leadership, teamwork, interpersonal and time management skills
Must be resourceful and have the ability to multitask
