TPK Holdings Pte Ltd is looking for dynamic and self-motivated individual to fill the position of
INVESTMENT ANALYST
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the market research and actively analysing the existing portfolio of equities, bonds, properties & treasury and potential investments including greenfield and brownfield projects. The incumbent is required to conduct financial/scenario modelling, risk analysis, pre-acquisition & due diligence checks before presenting to the Director of a Family Office.He or she is expected to work closely with the external legal & corporate financial professionals on investment related opportunities.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Equivalent
- Certified Financial Analyst will be advantageous
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of similar experience
- Working knowledge of financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good leadership, teamwork, interpersonal and time management skills
- Must be resourceful and have the ability to multitask
