Investment Analyst

Job Summary:

This role suits someone with strong financial modeling skills, credit analysis experience, and a keen interest in sustainable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling and project valuation for solar and waste-to-energy projects.
• Analyze project finance structures, credit risk, and ROI scenarios for investment proposals.
• Support business development teams with investment memorandum, pitch decks, and market analysis.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates on financial KPIs to stakeholders.
• Assess regulatory, operational, and financial risks of new projects or expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated decision-making.
• Track project KPIs and support performance reporting.
• Attend internal meetings and take minutes or action notes for follow-up.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 0 - 2 years of experience in investment analysis, credit risk, or project finance - preferably in energy or infrastructure.
• Strong financial analysis and Excel modeling skills.
• Solid understanding of sustainability, carbon markets, or clean energy technologies is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred due to regional engagement).
• CFA designation or progress toward CFA certification is a plus.
