Cut, trim, portion, and pack meat products.
Follow SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools.
Meet daily production targets.

Skills & Competencies

Basic to intermediate knife skills.
Ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
Able to meet the physical demands of the role for factory work.

** able to work in cold room condition
