Butcher

This role requires good teamwork and work efficiency to support smooth daily production operations and meet scheduled production targets.

• Raw Meat Processing：Process various types of raw meat in accordance with daily production schedules and customer required specifications. Perform full range of butchering work including cutting, trimming, deboning, portioning and standard packaging to ensure all finished products meet quality and portion requirements.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance：Safely and correctly operate factory butchering equipment, including meat saws, band saws, grinders, slicers and other related machinery. Conduct routine basic cleaning and simple maintenance works to keep equipment in good functional condition, prevent equipment malfunction and ensure operational safety.
• Food Safety & Hygiene Compliance：Strictly comply with company and industry food safety and hygiene standards throughout all processing procedures. Adhere to mandatory PPE wearing requirements, maintain clean and tidy work areas at all times, and strictly implement standard operating procedures to effectively prevent cross-contamination of food materials.
• Production Target Delivery：Follow daily production plans, strictly adhere to production targets and project deadlines, and ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned processing tasks without compromising product quality and safety standards.
• Team & Production Coordination：Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate daily operational tasks, align production workflows, resolve on-site operational issues promptly, and maintain a smooth, continuous and efficient production line operation.
• Perform other ad-hoc production and cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Candidates with relevant butchery or factory production experience are preferred; entry-level candidates with positive working attitude are welcome.
• Food safety and workplace hygiene standards certifications
• Able to follow standard operating procedures, production instructions and safety guidelines strictly.
• Good teamwork, communication skills and sense of responsibility to support team production goals.
