SG Shipping , part of SG Group of Companies, is seeking a HR & Office Manager to oversee our Group HR function and ensure smooth administration of our corporate office. This is a hands-on managerial role covering HR management, payroll, and office administration, with the opportunity to supervise and guide a small team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee HR processes, including recruitment, employment records, permits, benefits, and performance reviews.
- Manage payroll across the Group, including overtime, CPF/IRAS submissions, and salary reviews.
- Provide regular HR and admin updates to management, including headcount, recruitment status, payroll summaries, and office administration expenses.
- Ensure efficient office administration including leasing, facilities, billing, insurance, and claims.
- Supervise and mentor admin team members.
- Support management on projects and ad-hoc assignments.
- Degree in HR Management or related qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as HR Manager / Team Lead with payroll exposure.
- Strong working knowledge of HR processes and Singapore regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Confident, motivated, and able to work independently.
