We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Rider Hiring and Quality Coordinator for our team in Singapore. About the job:
This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Operations Manager. As a Rider Hiring and Quality Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to drive rider acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring a steady pipeline of delivery partners to support operational growth.While fleet management and customer service remain essential aspects of the role, a greater focus will be placed on proactive recruitment, sales, and relationship-building with potential and existing riders.
Must be available to work weekends and at different locations in Singapore. Hours may vary.
Responsibilities:
Rider Acquisition & Business Development- Introduce the company’s services to potential riders over the phone or in person
- Maintain consistency in quality of calls and service standards
- Commit to departmental and individual sales targets assigned
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to acquire new riders through direct outreach, partnerships, and on-ground engagement initiatives
- Gather market insights on deals to target in the space
- Proactively identify potential rider segments and build collaborative relationships with them
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure a seamless activation process for new riders
- Engage with community groups, job fairs, and external partners to increase rider sign-ups
- Track, analyze, and report rider acquisition metrics, optimizing strategies for maximum efficiency
- Work closely with engagement and operations teams to improve recruitment campaigns
- Support daily operations within the rider hub to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels for fleet equipment and report issues to HQ
- Maintain strong relationships with active riders
- Identify high-performing riders and explore incentive programs to boost engagement and loyalty
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and build relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shift flexibility, including weekends and public holidays
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for recruitment and engagement
- Strong analytical skills to track and improve rider acquisition efforts
- Strong Excel and data management skills; SQL is a plus
