Business Development & Project Manager

This is an individual contributor role that requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:
2. 1 Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
3. 2 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
4. 3 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic direction
5. 4 Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders
6. 5 Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and trade shows (local and international)
7. Project Management:
8. 1 Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time and within scope
9. 2 Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners
10. 3 Manage project progress, risks, and ensure timely issue resolution
11. 4 Maintain clear project documentation and reporting
12. 5 Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations

1. Willingness to Travel: Must be able to travel 50% or more for business development and project execution
2. Communication & Presentation: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in China, Singapore and overseas.
3. Self-Driven: A highly motivated individual who thrives with minimal supervision
4. Experience: Proven experience in business development, project management, or related roles in fashion industry is a plus
5. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools
