Marketing Associate
As the Marketing Associate for CHP Law, the Role supports the firm’s marketing functions by assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Business Development Director to develop and execute the firm’s marketing strategies.
In the course of work, the Market Associate may be required to handle sensitive employee or client information, and as such, discretion and sensitivity are a prerequisite for any prospective candidate. The overall goal is for all our organisation’s marketing needs to be met smoothly and to position the firm in a manner so as to attract both prospective business opportunities as well as talent.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research on current industry trends and best practices to inform and educate on marketing strategies.
- Assist with the development and implementation of BD strategy and marketing plans.
- Coordinating and managing the process of award/publication submissions.
- Develop marketing materials, including copywriting, design and proofreading.
- Managing the firm’s website and social media platforms.
- Managing internal and external corporate communications, including announcements and newsletters and corporate gifts.
- Maintaining the client database and CRM system.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
The role is ideal for an independent and inherently motivated individual who would be interested in building and maintaining their own work structures, frameworks, and practices, and who will require initiative and a problem-solving attitude.
