Marketing Associate - Toa Payoh

The Marketing Associate will play a key role in building our restaurant’s online presence, engaging with guests and sometimes getting their hands a little dirty!

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, website, emails, physical collateral
• Create engaging content including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that highlight menu items, promotions, events, and unique offerings.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and direct messages on social media platforms as well as review platforms such as google review, in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the culinary and management teams to promote new dishes, seasonal menus, and special events.
• Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
• Support the creation and distribution of email newsletters and other digital marketing materials.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools to keep the marketing efforts innovative and effective.

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events as needed.
