Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather and Analyze Data: Collect and interpret data to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate findings and recommendations.
• Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Project Management: Assist in managing projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are completed on time.
• Documentation: Write clear and detailed business requirements and documentation.
• Reporting: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand business performance.
• Testing and Validation: Test business processes and recommend improvements based on findings.
• Collaboration: Work with various departments to implement solutions and improve productivity.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, information technology, computer science or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analytics tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
• Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies, both traditional and Agile/Scrum.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and documentation.
• Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) can be advantageous
