Interasia Lines Singapore Pte Ltd is an established shipping company providing a dependable network of ocean container shipping services throughout Asia. We invite highly motivated individuals to join us as a Business Development Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify potential business opportunities through extensive networks and research.
• Pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Conduct performance analytics and monitor company s’ services and product performance.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, shipping partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with potential clients.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of prior experience in business development experience in the maritime, shipping, or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of industry dynamics, players and shipping regulations.
• Strong leadership skills, dynamic, creative and motivated.
• Meticulous and mature personality, with a high level of initiative and drive.
