Accounts Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting to manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform data entry into the accounting system
- Assist in maintain accurate records of workers’ payroll
- Coordinate training and certificate renewals for employees
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Complete ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and team player
