Our client, a Japanese company is looking for candidates for the position of Executive - Strategic Planning Team.

Job Description:

• Responding on enquiries from customer and processing of pricing estimations/ quotations.
• Co-ordinate, negotiate & data gathering for the quote preparation.
• Price reviewing.
• Budgeting and analyzing.
• Assists in preparing, analyzing customers and suppliers’ forecast actual demands, etc.
• Support in monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in handling shipment arrangements, and coordinating with customers, suppliers & forwarders.
• Candidates with experience issuing quotations is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Possess good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• A teamwork player with strong time management skills.
