Job Scope:
- Assist in sending marketing emails and follow-ups to potential and existing customers
- Support lead generation activities (research companies, contacts, basic data collection)
- Follow up on sales enquiries and quotations via email
- Maintain and update customer database / CRM records
- Coordinate with internal operations team for basic shipment information
- Assist in preparing simple sales reports and tracking responses
- Support ad-hoc marketing campaigns and promotions
