Freight Forwarding Executive
Responsibilities:- Act as the main liaison for client communication
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external parties
- Handle and prepare shipping documents (e.g. Delivery Order, Bill of Lading, Arrival Notice, Tax Invoice, etc.)
- Perform customs import permit declarations
- Liaise and coordinate with overseas agents, customers, haulers, and warehouses to ensure smooth shipment delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact with sites, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery operations
