Senior Project Manager

We want a talented Senior Project Manager to join our team and deliver impactful, high-quality events. You’ll work closely with the team to manage projects end-to-end, ensuring strong concepts, smooth execution, and excellent client service.

• Client Liaison and Servicing: Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Management: Oversee all stages of project planning and execution, from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality outcomes.
• Proposal Crafting: Collaborate with team members to create unique, compelling proposals tailored to client objectives.
• Cost Management: Prepare, manage, and tabulate client quotations, ensuring budgets are adhered to and value is delivered.
• Operations and Administration: Plan and manage project operations, logistics, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless execution.
• Vendor Management and Sourcing: Demonstrate resourcefulness in identifying and securing venues, vendors and other event-related resources aligned with project requirements, while managing external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate effectively with the events, production, and design teams to ensure alignment across all aspects of the project.
• Timeline Management: Develop and manage project timelines to ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
• Event Execution: Ensure the efficient activation and execution of events and exhibitions, maintaining high standards throughout.

• Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience
• A strong track record in delivering large scale or high profile projects within luxury, lifestyle, corporate events or exhibitions
• Relevant academic qualifications in events, marketing or a related field preferred
• Proven ability to independently manage and deliver projects end to end, from concept development through to execution
• Strong client management and account servicing capabilities
• Resourceful in sourcing unique venues, vendors and partners
• Creative with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand awareness
• Familiar with AI tools and platforms, with practical application in work processes
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Effective lead for junior team members
• Up to date with lifestyle, fashion and consumer trends
• Ability to develop visually compelling and well-structured proposals
• Strong writing and communication skills with a confident and engaging personality
• Proficient in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus but not essential
• Resilient, adaptable and able to perform in a fast paced environment
• A positive attitude and a good sense of humour is a bonus
