Financial Wellness Associate

We’re looking for a Financial Wellness Associate to join our team. If you’re someone who enjoys coaching others, simplifying complex ideas, and making a real impact on people’s lives, this is the career path for you.

You will act as a guide for our clients, helping them navigate the often-confusing world of financial protection and wealth building. Your goal is to move them from "uncertain" to "secure" by auditing their current financial health and designing a roadmap that actually fits their life.

• Health Audits: Conduct check-ins to assess client needs and identify gaps in their financial "wellness" (protection, savings, and claims).
• Education & Simplification: Use Canva and Excel to create clear, easy-to-understand plans that take the stress out of financial decisions.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term trust through consistent follow-ups and personalized account oversight.
• Operational Excellence: Manage the administrative side of client accounts, ensuring all claims and payments are handled with precision.
