Business Development Manager (HR Corporate Wellness)

About the role
We are looking for a driven, independent, and strategic Business Development Manager, HR Corporate Wellness (Remote) to join our remote-first team. Your primary responsibility is to grow and nurture a thriving community of corporate partners who actively engage in our Wellness Program.You will work directly with HR professionals and corporate stakeholders to promote our wellness offerings and encourage employee participation. Your success will be measured by your ability to expand the program reach, deepen corporate engagement, and convert interest into long-term collaboration.
Key responsibilities- Drive Business Development Efforts: Proactively identify and prospect new corporate clients to join our Wellness Program through strategic outreach, including video call presentations, outbound calls, and timely responses to inbound inquiries.
- Manage and Grow a Corporate Community: Build and maintain a thriving ecosystem of companies by nurturing relationships with HR professionals and wellness leads, encouraging ongoing participation in our program complimentary wellness activities.
- Promote Wellness Engagement: Actively work with companies to initiate and co-host our wellness program complimentary wellness activities, such as virtual talks, onsite events, health screenings, and gamification campaigns, tailored to employee well-being.
- CRM Ownership and Accountability: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, communications, and client statuses in HubSpot CRM. Ensure timely logging of outreach, follow-ups, meeting notes, and pipeline updates.
- Strategic Community Activation: Monitor and manage client engagement levels and develop customized strategies to reactivate dormant accounts and encourage higher activity among existing partners.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for your portfolio of companies, ensuring client satisfaction, providing support, and fostering long-term collaboration with us.
- Feedback and Market Insights: Collect feedback from clients to help us tailor and improve offerings and stay informed on market trends in corporate wellness and HR engagement.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, client engagement, corporate wellness or account management, preferably in the B2B or HR services space.
- Proven ability to independently manage sales pipelines and client relationships.
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM (or similar tools) to manage and track leads and communications.
- Strong understanding of the corporate wellness or employee engagement landscape is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with high motivation and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
