Customer Service Executive

Overview:

You will be required to have outstanding attention to detail, be well-organized and efficient. You will be expected to learn and understand LWB’s products and to use your skills to solve problems and make a positive impact in your day-to-day work in the Customer Service Department.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Handle day to day customer order enquiries, order-taking, processing, verification, amendments and cancellation through multiple channels (hotline, email, social media)
• Create and maintain customer database
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and suggestions to enhance customers’ experience
• Communicate across departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled
• Follow up on outstanding orders and perform call back to customers if necessary
• Provide timely service recovery to resolve problems or issues and escalate if necessary
• Collect data and feedback from customers and close the customer feedback loop
• Work as a team to achieve set targets for sales and ensure that the call centre service quality level is met
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

• Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in customer service or contact centre will be an added advantage

• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
