Bob the Baker Boy is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our fast-paced and passionate team. You’ll be the voice of the brand—helping customers with their cake orders, replying to messages and tickets, and assisting in ensuring all morning deliveries run smoothly.
We need someone bright, efficient, and calm under pressure. Someone who shows up early, smiles often, and isn’t afraid of multitasking.

- What You’ll Do:
- Answer customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Zendesk, email, and calls
- Help customers make or adjust cake orders
- Assist with dispatches—ensuring cakes are packed and sent off correctly in the morning
- Work closely with the kitchen and delivery teams to solve any issues before they affect the customer
- Flag any unusual cases to your team lead, and step in to help wherever needed
- What We’re Looking For:
- Prior customer service experience (bonus if it’s in retail, food, or online sales)
- Able to communicate fluently in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Can handle computers, messaging platforms, and learn new systems quickly (Zendesk experience is a bonus)
- Positive attitude, good energy, and willingness to learn fast
- Able to commit to early start time (7:30 AM sharp) and work on alternate 5/6 days work week.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

- 能够准时7:30上班，且能接受5/6天轮班制
- 能够在周末和公共假期工作
