We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist & Administrator to be the welcoming face of our office — and the steady support that keeps our daily operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and team members with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendar updates
  • Keep the front desk area tidy, organised, and presentable at all times
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Support the team with daily office coordination and operational needs
Who We’re Looking For
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask smoothly
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional in demeanour
  • Prior reception or admin experience is a plus — but not required
