Job Title: Facilities Manager (Hard and Soft Services)

Job Description:

• Plan, manage, and oversee all hard services operations, including Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems
• Ensure smooth operation of critical systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and building systems , develop and implement Preventive and Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules
• Ensure timely rectification of breakdowns and minimise operational downtime
• Manage and supervise contractors and service providers to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and site requirements
• Liaise closely with both internal and external stakeholders on operational and technical matters
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations, including fire safety and workplace safety requirements
• Enforce HSE / WSH practices across all maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Engineering,, Real Estate, or Facilities Management
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or M&E operations
• Strong knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire protection.
• Experience in managing contractors and technical teams
• Familiar with local statutory and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Worked in corporate offices, handling portfolios, pest control and landscaping
