CNC Machinist (Operator / Technician) – 2-Year Contract

Overview

We are having mass hiring CNC Machinists (Operators / Technicians). Successful candidates may be offered contract renewal or conversion to permanent roles, with benefits aligned to permanent employees.

Salary

Operator: $1,600 – $2,000
Technician: Up to $3,000

Working Hours

Monday – Friday (Rotating shifts):
7:30 AM – 5 PM
4:30 PM – 2 AM

Compensation & Benefits

Productivity Bonus: 0.5 month
AWS: 1.75 months
Variable Performance Payment: ~2 months

Responsibilities

Operate CNC and machining equipment (lathe, grinding, milling)
Read and interpret technical drawings
Perform machining work according to specifications
Basic troubleshooting of machines
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards

Requirements

NITEC / Higher NITEC in Precision Engineering or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a precision engineering environment
